Mom and Dad Visit!

It's been just a few days since the Nothnagels left and Mom and Dad Pacheco arrived with a treat straight from Texas. The much coveted Rudy's BBQ "Sause" (that's the way they spell it). The next morning, Mom, Dad and I woke early and went on a little walk, then we woke up Rich and jumped on the cruisers to grab some coffee. Mom was feeling a little cocky on "Kitty" and started doing some stunts for us.

After coffee, we enjoyed another day in the sun at the O'Connor "Pool House." There's just something about bicycles and swimming pools that make every one feel like a kid again. It took a little coaxing from Mom and Rich, but Dad eventually agreed to jump off the side of the pool for an unforgettable picture! And they all survived, with maybe just a little water up the nose (This post has been edited from it's original format due to legal and ethical issues that arose during the viewing).

But what we didn't know was what was lurking just beneath the surface of the water...two unidentifiable sea creatures. The Black Eyed Goggle Monster with piercing claws...AND...

The Two Horned Kicking Lap Monger...I think Kelly and Brian need to have their pool checked.

They are still here for one more day and we still have plenty of pictures to download from Mom's camera, so stay tuned for more excitement and most likely, more monsters!!
