US Men win GOLD!!! Way to go Hoffy

For those of you who haven't heard, the US Men's Volleyball team beat #1 Brazil to win the Gold Medal at the Beijing Olympics. You have inspired, much like the team of the 80's, an entire new generation of indoor volleyballers.

Anyhow - we just wanted to congratulate the US Men's team and coaching staff on a job Very Well Done...

Way to go Hoffy!!!

What Baby?

No, really...what baby? Somewhere over the past few months we lost our little newborn and a little boy emerged! In fact, someone told me that when they sleep a lot, they are growing. So the other day when he took a reeeaaallly looooong nap in the middle of the day, I was scared that when he woke up I would go in to find a 6ft. tall, 42 year old man with 5 o'clock shadow chewing on a pacifier in a tie dye onesie!! Luckily, I found no such thing. But here are some pictures of our little boy who is growing oh so fast:

Yeah, so what's it to ya...I like sitting up in my stroller, I just don't want to do it on the ground yet!

This is our little contortionist. What's the deal with the tie dye? It hides carrot and sweet potato stains much better than white, so we had a little craft project!

U.S.A.! U.S.A!

We are loving how well all the US volleyball teams (indoor and beach, mens and womens) are doing. I don't think this much volleyball has been televised since the 80's when I was awe struck by Eric Sato's jump serve and thought that hot pink was Randy Stoklos' best color!! It is so much fun to watch :) You'd think we used to play or something!! Go team USA!

Surf Club 7

And in lane #4, a newcomer to the sport of inflatable stock car racing, debuting his car "Surf Club 7" for the very first time this year. Yes, folks, he had previously trained in much smaller quarters in the past, but I think he is definitely ready to advance to the big leagues. Let's check him out!!

The Good News Is...

We are having a blast!!! The bad news is that it is a little harder to keep this up to date! Our little trio has been enjoying the mild summer, longer naps, "fieldtrips" to WalMart and Barnes and Noble, friends, neighbors and the swimming pool. Here's what we've been up to:
