I cannot even begin to tell you how much we have done and how we have grown over the past few months. First, the heat is beginning to dissapate, so we are all much happier. Second, Rich started a new job that he is dominating (it doesn't hurt that he works with some fantastic guys). Third, our little boy is a full blown toddler and is learning at such great speed that we really just sit back and enjoy our new memories...that means, that our blog has been desperately neglected.
I'll try to add only the highlights, but to a mother, that will be quite a challenge. Some of the things we enjoy are his three/four word phrases. My favorites "need more snack, please" and "all done pictures" or "one more book" (working on his negotiating tactics at bedtime)! Of course, we taught him "Georgia" which he says prompting us to say "Bulldogs" which he dutifully repeats :)
What's he's up to? Riding his tricycle (using his feet to the ground to propel him, still working out the pedal issue), tossing and catching a ball, tossing a ball and then hitting it with his right arm like a volleyball (you've gotta see this!), jumping, galloping, lots of coloring...drawing circle/round scribbles...on the wall!! Monkey see, monkey do. With everything. See, it's hard to just pick highlights once I get started.
