He was a very special dog and Rich had an instant connection with him, they loved each other. But those freckles...what powers did they posess? Could they truly be magical? One evening while Captain Jack was sleeping in the garage, we heard quite a clatter! Captain Jack was missing and all we could see was one of his freckles on the ground! It seemed as though his freckle lead to a magical black hole!
We both entered the mysterious black hole and reappeared in another place! We found Captain Jack sitting on a table in a backyard that was vaguely familiar to us. What could he be doing here? What was he trying to tell us?
It turned out that Captain Jack teleported himself with his magical freckle to a place where he could run free in the snow, sleep on the bed and have a buddy to play with whenever he wanted. We weren't sure if he was going to be okay, but he gave us a wink and a smile and tossed a freckle our way letting us know that he would be fine and that we could always visit. All we had to do was place that freckle on the ground in the garage where he would sleep and we could see him in a heart beat.
Thank you Captain Jack for giving Rich and I so much joy and thank you Terry and Spencer for taking care of our friend. Can't wait to visit!
